Getting started​

Do I need to write prompts to use Reica?​

No. Reica is designed to work with reference images — not text prompts. Upload a product and reference images and the AI composes the result visually.

How long does it take to generate a first image?​

Most users get a publication-ready result within 2 minutes of opening Reica for the first time. No setup, no configuration required.

What image formats can I upload?​

JPEG, PNG, and WebP. There's no strict size limit — Reica handles high-resolution files.

Still Life and product photography​

What output types are available for product shots?​

  • Ghost mannequin — garment retains its shape without a visible model
  • Flat lay — overhead, surface-based composition
  • On-model — with a character or Reica default model
  • Still life — product in a contextual scene (accessories, beauty)

Why should I upload both the front and back of a garment?​

The AI uses both sides to understand the garment's full construction — collar, hems, seams, and silhouette. This improves drape accuracy and reduces artefacts, especially for tailored or structured pieces.

Can I get a transparent background output?​

Yes. Select Transparent as the background option in Still Life. The output is exported with an alpha channel.

Characters​

Can I use my own model photos as a character reference?​

Yes. Upload any photo as a style reference when creating a character. The AI extracts the visual identity while generating a unique AI character — not a copy of the real person.

How many characters can I save?​

This depends on your plan. Refer to Pricing for details.

Can I use the same character across different generation modes?​

Yes. Saved characters work in Still Life, Board, and Batch operations.

Board​

What's the difference between Still Life and Board?​

  • Still Life is optimised for single product shots with structured settings (output type, lighting, pose)
  • Board is a canvas mode for composing multi-image campaigns, editorial flows, and complex visual relationships between references

Can I invite team members to collaborate on a Board?​

Team collaboration features depend on your plan. Refer to Pricing for details.

Output quality​

What's the maximum export resolution?​

Up to 4K (3840 × 2160px equivalent). Higher resolutions deliver print-ready quality.

Is the output good enough for print and billboard?​

Yes, when exported at 4K. Reica's models are calibrated for "more real than reality" — premium fashion editorial quality.

Can I use generated images commercially?​

Generated images are owned by the account that produced them. Refer to Reica's Terms of Service for full licensing details.

Library and History​

Where do my generated images get saved?​

All generated images are automatically saved in History. You can also manually add any output to a folder in your Library.

Is there a storage limit?​

Refer to your plan details at getreica.com/pricing.

Account and billing​

Can I cancel at any time?​

Yes. There is no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
